Cancel or Changing an Order
Please DO NOT send your cancellation or change request via email. Because of our ONE (1) Business Day shipping turnaround time (24 hours), we are unable to cancel or change orders once the item(s) have been purchased. If you contact us immediatly at 800-707-5837, we will make every attempt to change or cancel your order but please be aware that if your order has already entered the shipping process, we will be unable to change or cancel the order.

In the event we are able to cancel your order, please allow 10-14 days for credit processing. For drop ship merchandise, please allow to process 4-6 weeks to for credit processing.
