Cancel or Changing an Order
Please DO NOT send your cancellation or change request via email. If you contact us immediatly at 800-707-5837, we will make every attempt to change or cancel your order but please be aware that if your order has already entered the shipping process, we will be unable to change or cancel the order. In this case, you may return your package per our standard return policy.

In the event we are able to cancel your order, please allow 10-14 days for credit processing. For drop ship merchandise, please allow to process 4-6 weeks to for credit processing.
