Order Missing
Once your order has left our warehouse, it is now in the hands of the specified carrier. If you have tracked your order from our Order Status page and found discrepancies in the delivery date or have not received your order within 5 business days after placing your order, please contact one of the following:

If unresolved, please contact a Customer Service Representative at 1-800-707-5837. We will research the location of your order, contact the carrier, and attempt to promptly resolve the issue. We ask that you call with seven (7) business days of placing your order so that, together with the Carrier, we may promptly address any missing package issues.

Important: Please note that the Carriers will NOT honor lost package insurance beyond a 10-14 day period.
