Packages Lost In Shipping?

We will do everything we can to locate a package lost during shipment. Package tracers may be placed on missing packages after 7 "Business Days" following the "actual" ship date. If the package is not delivered within 3 "business days" following the issuance of the tracer, we will re-ship your order, at our cost, and file an insurance claim with the carrier.
